One path from review to release

  1. 01

    Browse first

Open every lot file with no account. Photos, mileage, title brand, and inspection notes are public.

  2. 02

    Read the lot file

Inspection checklist, CARFAX path when available, and desk contact stay on one page — no buried PDFs.

  3. 03

    Bid when ready

Manual bids on multi-day clocks (wall time, not a fake overlay). Soft-close extensions protect late competition.

  4. 04

    Invoice & settle

Wins settle on a Payment Desk invoice via licensed escrow, card hold, ACH, or dealer terms — then title release.

Queued before they open

Operating standards — not marketing promises

Concrete desk rules we run on every lane: what is in the lot file, how bidding closes, and how payment and release are handled after you win.

Inspection checklist
Every lot file includes mechanical, body, and interior line items from a physical walkaround — pass, note, or fail before the lane opens.
Minimum photo set
Eight or more exterior, interior, and damage photos per vehicle. Missing angles are flagged before approval.
Title disclosure
Clean, salvage, rebuilt, flood, and lemon brands are marked on the lot card and in the file — not buried in fine print.
Floor discipline
Focused live inventory with published clocks. Soft-close extensions apply near the end so late bids stay fair.
Account screening
Browsing is open. Placing a bid requires a one-time adult / address check against a government ID on file — encrypted, desk-only, no “hold your passport to the camera” ritual.
Invoice settlement
High-ticket sales settle by licensed automotive escrow, a card authorization hold, ACH, or approved dealer terms. We never request Zelle, gift cards, or cryptocurrency.
Release & pickup
Release when funds clear and title notes are satisfied. Pickup windows coordinated with the transport desk.
Dispute path
Post-sale issues route to a dedicated queue linked to the auction record, both parties, and desk message history.

Closed lots, real outcomes

How we stay accountable

Dated buyer notes live on our Reviews page. Also verify us by the lot file, the desk phone, and closed results.

Trust & verification

Browse the catalog freely

Lot files, photos, inspection notes, and title brands are public. Creating an account is optional until you place a bid or Buy Now.

Account screening is ordinary auction compliance

Before competing we confirm you are an adult with a matching name and address — the same class of check used by licensed US auction houses. A government ID photo is stored encrypted for the desk only. We never ask you to pose with the document on camera.

Settlement through escrow or card hold

Wins clear on a Payment Desk invoice: licensed automotive escrow (KeySavvy / equivalent), a card authorization hold, ACH, or approved dealer terms. Title does not move until funds are matched. We do not collect Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, gift cards, or cryptocurrency.

US desk, real clock, published prices

Clocks are wall time on the lot — not a fake “Ends in --:--:--” overlay. Buy Now tracks market average minus 10%, not a giveaway on a late-model car. Call or email with a lot number; we answer from Pensacola, FL.
